ATEX is a synonym of the abbreviated name of the European Directive 2014/34/EU to approximate the laws of the Member States concerning equipment and protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. Our filter devices are approved to dust-ex zone 20 and gas-ex zone 0.

The base filter apparatus is the minimum equipment for the separation of bulk material and gas. It can be integrated into existing systems (see product sheet).

The bottom claw is used for fixing a stand filter apparatus. In our product range you will find further assembly components such as welding frame or wall holder.

The bulk material defines the conveying product.

The bursting device serves to relieve improper pressure. In our filter range you will find additional safety components for your filter systems.

The butterfly valve is a shut-off device to control the flow rate in a tubing.

The filter apparatus is a dedusting device. It separates the bulk material by compressed air impulses from the carrier gas. Using the the modular system the filter units can be assembled according to customers´specification and adapted to different tasks.

Cartridge filters serve as a filter surface in the dedusting system to separate gas and dust. The filter area of the ts-systemfilter star filters can be individually configured by varying the number of pleats or the length of the filter elements. Different filter media are available (e.g. cleanable and dissipative HEPA filter media of filter class H13). With ts-systemfilter, the filter surface of the filter elements can be disposed of separately by means of a separate support body, so that the support tube can be reused - a significant contribution to the issue of sustainability.

Filter elements are filter inserts in a filter apparatus to separate solid substances from gaseus substances. You can use, e.g. star filter, filter bags, multifunction star filter, metal filter or activated carbon filter with different filter media.

This experiment describes the most important property of the filter medium, namely the behaviour under operating conditions. Mainly this experiment decides on the application possibilities of a filter medium. In this test, the test specimen is dusted evenly with a dusting device (solid particle generator) from an upstream side specified by the manufacturer. The differential pressure between inflow chamber (raw gas side) and after the filter (clean gas side) is measured. This differential pressure increases with increasing clogging of the filter medium. When a dedusting point previously set on the control (p_max) is reached, the test specimen is cleaned from the clean gas side by an abrupt pressure increase (2 bar). Now, the differential pressure falls back to a value slightly above the initial differential pressure, since the filter medium has not been completely cleaned. This process is repeated until the dust-filled cylinder of the dusting device is emptied, or after a dedusting process, a certain differential pressure (p_min) is no longer undershot. If the latter is the case, there would be many short successive dedustings due the very rapidly increasing differential pressure. However, this is detected by the controller and the dedustings then follow one another with a pause time set on the controller. The tests (differential pressure curves) are recorded by a data logger and a recorder connected to the controller.

The filter module is a filter apparatus. It is integrated autarkically into the process or it is used as a police filter in the bypass mode on the exhausted air side to control the process. The filter modul can be used in the food industry. Optionally, you receive glass fiber-free H13 filter media.

The filter plate is a device separating the dirty air side from the clean air side.

The friction coefficient is u.a. a measure of the adhesion of bulk materials to a filter medium. The measurement of the friction coefficient is used to select the appropriate filter medium for the filter element in the filter apparatus.

The hose filter is a filter hose for dedusting. The filter medium is formed to a tube and equipped with a flexible support spring.

The housing seal permits fixing two modular systems of the same model series.together wih a centering ring.

The implosion protection is used stopping unnecessary air change and preventing an implosion at product discharge as well as the inlet of air dampness

The level sensor is a signal alarm device signal for monitoring a silo. Optionally, we also provide you with further accessories for our filter devices.

The mechanical regeneration cleans the filter medium by shaking.

The mixer filter apparatus is used to be installed on a building-material mixer. By a time-mode regeneration with compressed air the entire deposited material automatically is put back into the mixer. There is a wide variety of filter media available for the filter cartridges.

Rollers make individually configurable filter systems mobile. In addition, mobile filters can be equipped with extraction arms in hose or tube design in various lengths. Take a look at more individual application examples and industry solutions.

The modular system allows different series and thus different sizes to be combined with each other.

The pinch valve is a shut-off device to control the flow rate in a tubing. For our filter apparatuses, further accessories are available.

The police filter is a safety filter. It is used to prevent dust emissions when the filter elements are damaged.

The pressure compensation valve (DAV) is an overpressure and underpressure protection device. It prevents the silo from overcharge and bursting.

The pressure display module DAM-2 is a digital display module indicating the pressure difference in mmWS. It can be installed in the filter head or in the control room.

In case of a dust explosion the pressure relief system reduces the explosive pressure. An extension of the filter housing above the pressure relief system makes it possible to divert the compression wave to the outside, so that the hazardous area still can be used.

The protective grill prevents a dropping out of the filter elements inside a filter apparatus.

The top mounted filter apparatus for sack feeding is preferred where a product is to be supplied to a process manually at the same time preventing or minimizing the formation of dust.

The shaker filter cleans the filter elements by shaking. Alternatively, other cleaning options are available in our modular system (for example pressure difference or time control).

The star filter is a tubular pleated filter element separating the bulk material from the carrier gas.

In our laboratory we can test the important properties of filter media, such as bursting pressure, air permeability, pore size, tensile strength / elongation, flexural strength, thickness, conductivity, surface / surface resistance and coefficient of friction.

In our laboratory we can determine the most important properties of your bulk materials in a bulk material analysis (for example, bulk density, grain density). On our filter media test stand, which is equipped with a brush dispenser and a scattered light spectrometer, we test your bulk material under real conditions and thus determine the appropriate filter medium for your filter apparatus.
