Filter elements

The company´s in-house production of star filters offers unlimited possibilities in the geometry of pleats and filter media. Together with well-known producers we develop various kinds of pleatable filter media which guarantee long-time durability and a permanently consistent separation of bulk material (dust) and air.

Custom-made or single copy filter units and small series production up to sample or drawing are possible. Conversions of existing filter units can be realised, too.

By using regenerable conductive H13 or H14 filter elements (DIN EN 1822-1) with degrees of separation of up to ≥ 99.995%, the residual dust values ​​of the previous two-stage particulate filtration can be achieved with just one filter stage with the standard designs. According to ISO 29463-1, our star filters achieve filter group ISO 35 H. Expensive process interruptions when replacing the secondary filter are a thing of the past. Our HEPA filter cartridges are suitable for use in potentially explosive systems (zone 20 or 0).
