Lack of space with the dedusting of a dosing scale?

Immediate venting of dosing scales using the mini-filter

During the weighing and dosing stages, the conveying air should be able to escape as quickly as possible and without restriction. The mini-filters from ts-systemfilter are used, for example, to filter the displacement air from differential dosing scales. In confined spaces, our mini dust extraction filter can be easily integrated into the application. Up to 25 m³/h of filtered displacement air can escape unhindered or be returned to the container as supply air.

Filter control unit with web interface and diagnostic options

At PowtechTechnopharm 2025, we presented the redesign SCD 10.14 of our filter control system. The filter control system regulates the compressed air cleaning of the filter elements in our dust collection filters per time or differential pressure and can also be used in filter devices from other manufacturers.

Monitoring silo fill levels

The MSM-5 Remote Signal Modul monitors and controls silo components and shows the differential pressure of the filter unit. Together with the level sensor and pinch valve, it prevents silos from overfilling and displays their operating status during silo filling. The module is operated using the ts-systemfilter control unit or other filter control systems.
