Filter control unit SCD 10.14
Web interface
Web interface for entering operating data. Ethernet connection for connectivity. Display of current differential pressure and status messages. Display of active valves. Start of test operation. Control system can be integrated into the network.
Control display (optional)
For plugging onto the control board. Operation and adjustment options for the control parameters. Display of the current differential pressure and status messages. Starting test operation.
Control of cleaning pulses
At regular intervals or depending on the differential pressure (∆p). ∆p measurement of the differential pressure. Pause time control. Switching thresholds adjustable for ∆p cleaning. Monitoring functions. Alarm message when a certain ∆p value is reached.
Control board
Power supply 24VDC or 90…240 VAC (pluggable power supply module). SMD technology. Connection terminals designed as pluggable spring-loaded terminals. Colored LED status display. LED display of the currently active valve. Button for starting test mode. ∆p sensor for differential pressure measurement up to 800 mmWS. RJ45 Ethernet connection. USB connection for software updates. RS-485 connection for system bus. Same mounting pattern as SCD10.12.
LED status indicator on circuit board
LED On (operating message). LED Cleaning active. LED Alarm active. LED Valve line short circuit. LED Valve line interruption or defective valve.
Digital outputs for valve control
Independent valve detection. Diagnostic-capable and short-circuit-proof valve outputs. Overcurrent and cable break detection. 10 solenoid valves can be pulsed. For dust filters from other manufacturers, an additional valve for measuring line cleaning can be controlled via a relay that triggers a second pulse.
Digital control outputs
5 control outputs with PLC standard level: 24VDC, 100mA. Compatible with all common PLC controllers and our MSM-5 signal control module. Basic cleaning point. Alarm S2. Alarm S1. Operation RB. Basic cleaning RG. 3 additional control outputs: 24VDC Mains pressure N.I.O. Stop set. Alarm pending.
Digital control inputs (low-active)
Normally closed contacts: Filter stop. Cleaning stops when removed. This applies to activated time control or pressure difference control as well as to activated basic cleaning and test mode. Mains pressure indicator. Indicates when mains pressure is N.O.C.
Digital control inputs (high-active)
Start time control. Test mode. Start pre-coating.
Analog outputs
2 analog outputs. One positive and one negative regulated (compatible with our MSM-5 silo monitoring signal control module).
Predictive maintenance
Maintenance recommendations for individual components.
Diagnostic functions
e.g., valve monitoring
The filter control unit regulates the cleaning of the filter elements at regular intervals or depending on the measured pressure difference.
